Pocket combs
The wooden comb for the trouser pocket or the breast pocket in the shirt is less in demand today. Today, combs for handbags, backpacks, sports bags and jacket pockets are in demand.
Our classic pocket combs, which are sometimes 11 or 12 cm long, are available in fine, coarse and wide teeth.
Our handwork is particularly noticeable in the pocket combs. One of our high standards is to produce as many combs as possible from the valuable wood. We look very closely at the tree trunk after drying and then choose which combs to make from it. Because we work with nature, a pocket comb can sometimes be 11 cm long - just as nature dictates.
Back to the different teeth:
The fine tooth is often used for short, fine hair that should lie smoothly on the head.
The coarse tooth is suitable for normal hair.
The wide teeth are popular for curly hair or for loosening up.
As the pocket combs are considerably smaller than our hairdressing combs or handle combs, we can offer a larger selection of woods here.
Often we have pocket combs made of very rare, old, very hard and elastic Speierling wood - a dream wood for a comb.
Or also plum wood - a play of colours in the wood that no other wood has to offer.
My tip: First decide on the type of pocket comb and then browse through the different wood options.
Did you know that each of our pocket combs can also be used as a beard comb? Basically, any hair comb can be used as a beard comb. No two beards are the same and no two beard hairs are the same.
You can find the 3 best-selling beard combs in the category beard brushes and beard combs. If you don't find your favourite beard comb there, take a look at the selection of pocket combs.
From fine-toothed to coarse-toothed to wide-toothed, you will find the right comb for almost every (wet and dry) beard.
We hope you enjoy choosing your favourite pocket comb.
